Bear Apartment is located in the elevated ground floor, next to the main entrance of the apartment house Villa Vesna. This apartment measures 60 m², has a separate bedroom and a separate kitchen with dining table. It is suitable for four to five persons.
The apartment has a large central area where a big sleeper sofa (128 cm x 224 cm) and a single sleeper sofa (80 cm x 200 cm) are situated.
Kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, electric hob with four hotplates, a large fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, water heater and filter coffee machine.
Apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom with underfloor heating has a shower, sink and toilet.
Specificity of the apartment is a terrace with garden furniture. From the terrace there is an exit to the outside patio, which belongs to the apartment.
The apartment has an adjustable heating. The living room has a TV with cable channels. The Internet is accessible throughout the house. Apartment has one parking space.

Minimal reservation is for 3 nights. For reservations of 3-5 nights there is 15% extra charge.
We offer 10% discount for 2 week reservation.
