Prior to arrival we asked several times how the parking works. On arrival, the Tesla charger, nor the wall charger worked so we had to find our own solution. We were also awoken at 7.30 to remove our car from the park to let in a renovation truck. This truck could have easily made room for itself by shoveling the snow as we did. Additionally, the renovations were loud, continued for the whole day and the morning we left. Although the location was beautiful, we would have never booked this accommodation if we knew the car charger was not working properly as well as the construction. Reviewed: 14 January 2024The bed mattress is pretty stiff, as a 2m tall guy. It wasn't comfortable to sleep on. Maybe bring a top mattress for extra comfort. Reviewed: 3 January 2024Maybe a bag of salt available for guests to be able to leave the parking area in icing conditions would be helpful as we had a bit of a struggle. Amazing property recently refurbished. We stayed at the Bear apartment on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom but a massive sofabed and a armchair which can become a bed so It can sleep up to 4 people. It was perfect for us, a couple with a 7 year old child and a dog, as there is a terrace facing the forest with a little gate, so we could safely let our dog and our child out to play. There are swings outside too. There is everything you need in the kitchen(pans, pots, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, knives etc) but you need to stop at the nearest supermarket in Zgornje Gorje on your way there as you can only find salt and pepper at the property. The apartment is clean and warm. The management/team was very responsive and helpful! The Pokljuka family ski centre is 150 meters away, where families can enjoy sliding with sleighs and use the kids slopes and a small adult ski slope when open. The Hotel Jelka is just above for some good earthy food and delicious pizza. There are also horses to visit. The Sport Hotel Pokljuka is also 150 meters away on the other direction, with ski lifts running every day and where you can rent a good range of ski equipment.
