Suite Bear
The Bear Apartment is located on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance of the Vila Vesna apartment house. The apartment measures 60 m² and features a large central living area, a separate bedroom, a separate kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom, and a wardrobe area. It is suitable for four to five guests.
In the spacious central living area, there is a sofa bed (150 cm × 210 cm).
The kitchen in the Medved Apartment is fully equipped with everything needed, including a built-in oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop with four cooking zones, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and small household appliances such as a toaster, filter coffee machine, and electric kettle.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 cm × 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom features underfloor heating and includes a washing machine, shower cabin, sink, and toilet.
A special feature of the apartment is the balcony, which leads directly to a private outdoor atrium furnished with garden furniture. The atrium belongs exclusively to the apartment.
The apartment has adjustable heating. The living area also includes an audio-video corner with a hi-fi system, record player, and a large TV with cable channels. Internet access is available throughout the entire house. One parking space is included with the apartment.
